Spokane Regional Stabilization Center (SRSC) is a 46-bed Residential inpatient agency consisting of 3 separate programs and levels of care. Although SRSC is a Pre-Booking Jail Diversion option for individuals involved with the Criminal Justice System, SRSC can receive referrals from any behavioral health or medical agency in the community, and provides services to any person in the community who qualifies.

SRSC Mental Health Crisis Stabilization is a 16 bed program that provides stabilization services to individuals experiencing significant suicidal ideation, and/or symptoms associated with significant mental illness that are interfering with daily functioning. Stabilization services include needs assessments, psychiatric medications, psychotherapy, comprehensive case management, Substance Use Disorder (SUD)
assessments and counseling, connections to medication providers, treatment and resources out in the community.

SRSC Withdrawal Management is a medically monitored 14 bed detox program with 24/7 nurse observation. Clients receiving services in this level of care are individuals experiencing significant physical withdrawal symptoms from psychoactive substance use. This short term withdrawal management includes medication management, SUD counseling, access to mental health assessment and counseling, comprehensive case management and connection to wrap-around medical/ behavioral health treatment in the community.

SRSC Co-Occurring Residential Treatment is a 16 bed, Co-Ed 28-day inpatient program that focuses on holistic care for individuals afflicted with both Substance Use Disorder and a mental health condition. Clients engage in intense behavioral health education, SUD treatment, and mental health (MH) counseling. Clients have access to medical and psychiatric providers for medication management, SUD and MH Professionals for group and individual therapy services, and engage in family counseling with a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with the community and look forward to gaining close working relationships with surrounding behavioral health agencies to make our mission a reality.
