Did you know that GSI works to create more than 120 events a year? GSI events are just one small piece of the work we do every day to help your business thrive … but they’re a really important piece! Events span from educational BizStreet workshops to our Annual Meeting — all of which provide great opportunities for you to make connections and get involved with issues that impact your business. It takes the work of many GSI staff and volunteers to successfully pull off these events, but Lisa and Carsen lead this team effort.
Lisa Bridston, Events Director
Lisa, new to the team, leads our events department and provides strategic direction. She brings 20+ years of program development and fundraising experience to her GSI role. Lisa is a professional volunteer and lifelong student.
Carsen Quinnett, Events Manager
Carsen has been with GSI for nearly two years. Her events career began six years ago as a banquet server, and today she oversees all of our event logistics. In her spare time, Carsen is an avid floater on the St. Joe River.
