Join us as we learn about Strategies for Successful Succession in partnership with INSHRM. Succession planning should be a strategic initiative for any company. At its core, succession planning identifies high potential employees who can be developed to replace current leaders when they leave or retire. Through thoughtful training, timelines, performance and development goals, these employees become prepared to assume available leadership roles. It is a body of work with many moving pieces that must be properly managed to be successful. Join us as we partner with INSHRM to highlight the strategies in developing a succession plan for your organization.
