“The servant-leader is servant first… It begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first. Then conscious choice brings one to aspire to lead.” With these words, Robert Greenleaf revolutionized our thinking on what it meant to lead. Since his 1970 essay, “The Servant as Leader,” was published, leaders at all levels and in all industries have found power in the servant-first approach. This workshop will provide an overview of this leadership philosophy and help you incorporate it into your personal practice. Meet the Presenter:Chris Wheatley, Symbio
