Making Sense of Government Contracting Solicitations

Making Sense of Government Contracting Solicitations

Date: Wednesday May 2, 2018

Time: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

Location: Greater Spokane Incorporated 801 W Riverside Ave, Ste 100 Spokane, WA 99201 Get Directions

Event Description:

Making Sense of Government Contracting Solicitations
When the government wants work done, they draft and post solicitations. These solicitations can be hundreds of pages long and full of complex, confusing jargon. In order to bid successfully on government projects, you, the business owner, need to understand and adhere to all the regulations and stipulations in these solicitations. Many small business owners find this overwhelming and prohibitive. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to attend this free workshop that will help you understand the structure and language of government solicitations, with the hope that your contracting experience will be easier and more successful.

About our Speaker:
Lars Benson has been in the government contracting world in the construction and healthcare industries for more than 15 years, winning more than $3 billion in contracts from over 75 proposals. He has experience winning contracts for large, multi-national corporations as well as small businesses.

This is a free event. Attendance is limited to the first 40 registrants. Please call or email Ryan Rodin to RSVP at rrodin@greaterspokane.org or 509-321-3617.
