A career marketer, Kevin spent more than 25 years helping build some of the world’s most respected consumer brands, including senior-level roles at Kellogg’s, The Coleman Company, and Timberland among others.

It was in these roles where Kevin began to see how trust in our society was changing and how it profoundly affected the relationship companies had with their customers. This led him to study the nature of trust and uncover exactly how people form trusting relationships with others.

Armed with this insight, he founded Becoming Trusted, LLC, a training and consulting firm to help organizations better understand how trust works and how to become trusted with today’s skeptical customers. He now spends his time speaking and training organizations on this increasingly essential professional skill.
