You may have heard that women make $0.80 for every $1 that a man makes, which is described as the gender wage gap. But whatdoes this concept really mean, and why does that gap still exist even after decades of cultural shifts about gender? In this interactive presentation, we’ll discuss how the gender wage gap is calculated, how it impacts poverty levels and GDP, and what leaders can do to address it in their organizations. Come prepared for a lively discussion of how each of us can take steps to help equalize pay between men and women!
