The Community Colleges of Spokane is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual for the position of Custodian 1 in the Facilities Division. This is a full-time (12 month / 40 hrs/week) permanent position. Perform a variety of custodial assignments to maintain cleanliness of CCS facilities. May need to travel to CCS sites through out Spokane and Northeastern Washington.

* TOTAL COMPENSATION: $40,076 Total compensation is an estimate based upon base compensation, current employer-paid health and related benefit contribution rates and median retirement fund contributions. The actual total will vary depending upon each employee's enrollment choices.
