Job Description:

Are you a freak for finance? Do you pause conversations when there’s a cutscene? Would you like to be on the ground floor of a global gaming venture? You may have just found your “JAM.” It’s called "Just Add Monsters” and it's headquartered in spectacular Spokane, WA. We’ve been adding monstrous amounts of gaming content. Now we need to add a revenue-generating beast. This is a terrific opportunity for a budding business boss; an individual who can create strategies to monetize the various forms of content (live game streaming, video blogs, video podcasts, local tournaments for starters). This means developing a business plan, including opportunity analysis and business modeling and then begin the process of selling our product. This role will require a passion for sales development with the ability to manage client outreach, pipelines and sales goals. This individual must be a self-starter with the ability to identify, pitch and then manage clients. This requires creating custom sales concepts, presenting the opportunity and then closing the deal. Moderate travel is involved.
