Operations Maintenance Supervisor
This position serves to assist in overseeing the operations of the buildings. The Operations Supervisor will assist in maintaining the facilities HVAC systems including heat pumps, boilers, steam unit heaters, electric heaters and pneumatic controlled air handlers. This position also assists in minor emergency repairs to plumbing, electrical and all other building systems.
This position may assist other in-house shops with the troubleshooting and repair of production equipment as needed. When required, this position may also assist in the management of multiple projects. This position will be on-call with normal working days Tuesday - Saturday.

What you will do…
Assist the Operations Director with directing and developing Facilities and Janitorial personnel.
Develop and maintain long-term facilities maintenance plans.
Coordinate building construction projects and contractors.
Handle various maintenance repairs as they come up with our commercials and residential tenants including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, drywall and HVAC repairs.
Inspect, service and repair the facilities HVAC systems including boilers, and air handling systems.
Other duties as assigned.
What you bring…
Ability to work independently
Advanced knowledge of Electrical Work.
HVAC Knowledge required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of internal customers or employees of organization.
Requires a higher level of customer relations skills. Must be able to respond to a variety of customer requests while operating within established guidelines. Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a varied customer base.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and
Five or more years related experience and/or training; or
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
