Helping Business Do More Business
GSI invites you to get engaged. GSI is about helping your business do MORE business. We help you do this in a variety of ways in professional services, as well as in the key connections we can help you make and the important advocacy work we do on your behalf. We invite you and your business to take full advantage of all that GSI membership offers.
GSI Works on Your Behalf to help build your business by providing businesses with expansion and relocation assistance (many of these companies need the services you provide), by building the pipeline of qualified workers - we know you need to hire and retain people with the skill sets needed to help your business succeed. We also work to market Spokane as a great place for business, to work, live, or retire. Whether a business sets up an operation here or 100 people retire here this year, it is a new opportunity for your business to provide services they need.
GSI is also working with more than 10 of the largest chambers of commerce in the state to pursue policies in workers compensation and unemployment insurance that provide cost savings to employers. We work at local, state and federal levels of government to reduce the regulatory burden on business, and our Small Business Council and Public Policy Council engage businesses of all sizes and types to set priorities and develop policy agendas that are pro-business. We both lead and partner to advance regional projects of significant impact including funding for the North Spokane Corridor, expansion of the Academic Health Sciences Center, keeping Fairchild Air Force Base viable and growing, developing the University District as a center for small business and more.
Creating Visibility for Your Company
