Nursing Pathways is a Workforce Diversity grant funded by the Health Resources Service Administrations (HRSA) with initiatives to address social determinants of health, increase diversity in nursing, and provision of quality care to underserved communities. Nursing Pathways accomplishes these goals by educating and empowering limited-resource students and parents; increasing community capacity for improving education, income levels, social support, networking, and quality health access; and community members.
