Jim Hedrick has more than twenty-five years of experience in the Washington State legislative and public policy venue as a fiscal analyst, legislative advocate and political advisor to the Governor, state agency directors and legislative officials.

Senator Mike Padden
4th Legislative District
Senator Padden has been a resident of the Spokane Valley since 1978 and represents the 4th Legislative District. Sen. Padden is the Republican leader of the Senate Law and Justice Committee, and also serves on the Senate Transportation Committee and the Senate Health and Long-Term Care Committee.

Senator Andy Billig
3rd Legislative District
D-Spokane
Senator Billig has been a tireless advocate for the Spokane region as Senate Majority Leader and is currently working on a range of issues including hate crimes and preserving funding for the North Spokane Corridor.

Representative Marcus Riccelli
3rd Legislative District
Representative Riccelli was elected to the state legislature in 2012 and serves as Chair of the Health Care & Wellness Committee, which he vice-chaired for three years and was elected Chair starting in the 2023 session. He also serves on the Appropriations and Local Government committees.

Representative Mike Volz
6th Legislative District
Representative Volz is serving his third term representing the Spokane region’s 6th Legislative District. Volz is a graduate of both Eastern Washington University with a degree in business finance and accounting, and an MBA from Gonzaga University. He’s a licensed CPA and certified in Lean managerial concepts. He currently serves as the Chief Deputy Treasurer for Spokane County.
