Providence Health Services Expands into Spokane Valley

Provideprovidencence Health Care is expanding with a new Medical Park in the Spokane Valley. The $44 million, 11-acre project will house two connected buildings providing patients a “one-stop” approach: a two-story facility featuring access to urgent care, imaging services, and an outpatient surgery center; and a three-story building housing offices for primary care and specialty physician services, an on-site pharmacy, and a lab.

Greater Spokane Incorporated assisted with traffic-mitigation issues. The project had reached an impasse when GSI worked with Providence and the City of Spokane Valley to explore options and retain the project at its current location. The annual economic impact for the region is $29,641,511.
