A Celebration of the Connections Among People and Salmon with Amy Gulick

Category: Community Events
March 9, 2022
5:00 PM -
8:00 PM
Location: Magic Lantern Theater

Save Our wild Salmon invites you to attend a book signing and presentation by acclaimed nature photographer and writer, Amy Gulick. In her award-winning book, The Salmon Way: An Alaska State of Mind, Amy blends adventure, science, and heartfelt storytelling to illustrate how integral salmon are to the lives of people and the risk our salmon face if we don't ACT NOW to protect this iconic species.

As our communities wrestle with how best to ensure that both salmon and people prosper in today’s world, we'll share a discussion about the need and desire for our salmon relationships to continue.

We are honored and excited to welcome Amy to the Inland Northwest. With engaging stories and stunning photographs, The Salmon Way is a beautiful and enduring portrayal of people connected to the fish that define who they are.
