Event Description: Join us for a sweet and stylish celebration in honor of all the amazing moms out there! Whether you’re bringing your mom, gathering with friends, or treating yourself, Blooms & Bubbles Brunch is the perfect way to kick off Mother’s Day weekend.

– A light, elegant buffet brunch with sweet and savory bites

– Your own cookie bouquet: decorate a dozen shortbread cookie flowers to take home (or nibble on along the way!) with instruction and guidance from Chef Frank

– A Build-Your-Own Fresh Flower Bouquet station — create something beautiful to gift or keep

– Sip from our bubbly bar featuring bottomless-ish mimosas and mock-mosas (you’ll never see the bottom of your glass!)

Light Buffet Menu:

Fresh Seasonal Fruit Display / a seasonal variety of fresh fruit served with fresh vanilla bean whipped crema

Bruschetta Station / classic tomato bruschetta, eggplant caponata, olive tapenade with goat cheese and toasted crostini

Lemon Caper Chicken Mini Sandwiches /tomato, arugula, fresh mozzarella, focaccia

Roasted Vegetable Mini Sandwiches / red & yellow bell peppers, red onion, zucchini, parmesan crisp field greens, basil pesto dressing and focaccia

Decorate Your Own Flower Cookie Bouquet / Design a beautiful (and delicious) bouquet of 12 flower-shaped shortbread cookies, complete with a rainbow assortment of royal frosting colors sprinkles, chocolates and candies

Event Itinerary: The experience will last approximately 2 hours.

~Tickets includes a light brunch buffet, one dozen cookies to decorate with expert instruction and guidance, access to our floral bouquet bar, and a mimosa & mock-mosa bar with (almost) unlimited* pours.

*Drink service follows state law. We will stop serving anyone who appears visibly intoxicated.

~Other beverages, including alcoholic drinks, are available for purchase throughout the event.

~ Confirmation: Your receipt confirmation email serves as your entry ticket.

~ Due to the nature of live events, tickets purchased for seats at a Commellini Estate events are non-refundable and non-transferrable, even in the case of illness. In the event you are no longer able to make the event once you’ve made your purchase, you can gift your seats to a friend or family member. We only ask that you let us know of any changes in advance.

~With advanced notice, we can accommodate some dietary restrictions. Please reach out prior to finalizing tickets if you have any concerns or allergies. Due to the nature of themed events like this one, substitutions may not be possible on certain courses.
