Fall Career Expo & Technical Fair

This WSU Career Expo will be held at Beasley Coliseum on October 7, 11:00 am-3:00 pm PDT. Registration is $480 for Government/Education/Non-profit agencies and $580 for all other industries which includes up to 4 hours of recruitment access. If you are bringing more than two representatives, please indicate it in your registration.

The standard in-person registration includes the following:
1. One 8-ft table with table linen and two chairs.
2. Lunch for two recruiters
3. One parking pass
4. Wireless internet, receipt, and storage of pre-shipped display materials
5. One table for optional student interviewing the following day.

Want to take your visit to the next level? Consider joining us this season as a Premier Career Expo employer. This registration option costs $1100 and includes everything in the standard registration as well as:
1. Premier table location (one of the first ten tables closest to the student registration area)
2. Logo on swag given to ALL students
3. Recognition on all promotions and website
4. Curbside Parking
5. Up to four representatives included

All Career Expo employer registrations close on Friday, September 19, 2025, or until in-person capacity for registration types has been reached.

• 2 lunches are included in your registration.
• 1 parking pass is included in your registration. If you wish to purchase additional parking passes, please indicate that in your registration.
• Additional attending representative(s) is $25 per person (lunch is included in the price)
