girlConNW, created and hosted by Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho, is this region’s premier girl development experience. This annual event aims to inspire the next generation of women leaders. Through break-out sessions, keynote speakers, and professional development, girls learn about various careers and make connections to help them cultivate their futures.

This year the sky’s the limit at girlConNW “Rise and Thrive in 2025” as we focus on taking girls’ entrepreneurial journeys to new heights. We invite ALL girls, grades 6-12, to participate in this FREE one-day event that allows them to learn from women professionals across our region. Our presenters will discuss their career choices and the pathways they took to get there. We start the event with a motivating Keynote Speaker. Girls then attend several break-out sessions, pre-chosen at registration, of a diverse list of career fields. During a fun EXPO session, girls will have time to connect with each other, participate in fun activities, and have a chance to win fun prizes! The day ends with an inspiring closing presentation by our Keynote Speaker.
