The Grain Shed in Spokane is working to bring the highest quality grains to their breads, pastries, and beers.  With a deep connection to the Palouse region and the bounty it provides , the team uses grains that are 100% locally grown and malted with methods that preserve nutrients and flavor.  Join us for a menu featuring their favorite beers and dishes created by Chef Scott to highlight regional ingredients like Beef Heart Tartare, Potato Gnocchi with Braised Rabbit,  and Slow Cooked Beef Brisket.
