Ignite’s Meet the Investor

Ignite invites you to meet regional venture capital firms with our Meet the Investor series! Meet Will Finney, Director, SeaChange Fund, on Wednesday, February 3rd via Zoom. SeaChange is an early-stage venture capital fund that focuses on Pre-Seed, Seed and Series A investments in scalable companies with revenue potential, led by passionate and determined entrepreneurs. Investments include Spokane-based Medcurity, Prescryptive Health and Big Leaf. In the past 6 years, the firm has made 44 investments in 35 companies.

As a former entrepreneur, Will Finney knows what it takes to get a startup off the ground. With a background in Accounting and Economics he relishes helping SeaChange portfolio companies fine tune their financial and market strategies. Prior to SeaChange, Will acted as Operations Manager at a Seattle based start-up, Pivotal Living, which resulted in the sale of the company in July of 2016. Will is inspired by “the ripple effect that successful startups have on the Pacific Northwest”. In his spare-time, Will enjoys playing golf, wood working, and has recently taken up sailing. He lives with his wife Hannah in Queen Anne.
