It is with great pleasure that Lorie Stephenson, Entrepreneur, and owner of OsteoStrong Lincon Heights is happy to announce an evening with Sandy Zimmerman, American Ninja Warrior! Lorie Stephenson and Sandy Zimmerman are both pet lovers and happy to support SpokAnimal’s efforts to facilitate pet adoptions.

During her eight-year journey on American Ninja Warrior Sandy Zimmerman learned as a competitor, how important it is to have a healthy musculoskeletal system. Mrs. Zimmerman believes weather you are a Ninja Warrior, a weekend warrior or an individual that wants to live active and much longer you’ll want to visit your local OsteoStrong to learn how you can build bone density strength and balance in a once per week session.

If you’re passionate about your musculoskeletal system or have low bone density, osteopenia, or osteoporosis you’ll want to join us for an Evening with Sandy Zimmerman at OsteoStrong Lincoln Heights.

The evening will open with a Keynote Presentation from Sandy Zimmerman at 6PM MST, followed by a Health Fair and drawing for prizes, such as, tickets to the NCAA tournament:
4:00 PM Sandy Zimmerman Presentation (1st Group)
6:00 PM Sandy Zimmerman Presentation (2nd Group)
7:00 PM Health Fair
8:00 PM Thank You & Drawing – Lorie Stephenson OsteoStrong Owner

Event tickets are limited to 50 tickets for the presentation and Health Fair and an additional 50 tickets for the 7-8PM Heath Fair.

Participating Vendors Include: OsteoStrong, Clear Chiropractic, Lenoue Integrative Medicine, Stretch Lab, Pearson & Weary Chiropractic, Bend & Stretch Physical Therapy and COR Body. Each of these vendors has graciously donated a prize for the 8PM Drawing.

Sandy Zimmerman is a mother of three, Gonzaga Women’s Basketball Alumni, and former P.E teacher. Today, she a seven-time competitor of American Ninja Warrior (ANW) and the first mom in history to scale the warped wall and hit a buzzer. Mrs. Zimmerman has over 20 years coaching and teaching nutrition, health, fitness and wellness.
