Together we’re greater. It’s all about our community and creating a vibrant region that is connected, inspired, and driven to succeed. We can’t do this work alone. We partner with local businesses, our community, non-profits, and the surrounding region to build a robust regional economy.

The Guest Artist at Pottery Place Plus for the month of October is acclaimed Spokane painter Janie Edwards. Janie began painting during an 8 month stay in Cambridge UK, then continued classes at Whitworth University after her return to Washington. She paints nearly every day at her home studio in North Spokane, focusing much of her attention on the beauty of nature. As Janie says, "Everyone needs beauty as well as breath. Paying attention to the world around us ignites creativity and alerts us to design in nature". You can see her work at our shop located in the historic Liberty Building at 203 N. Washington Street (next to Auntie's bookstore), beginning on Oct 1st and continuing through the end of the month.
