Strategic Leadership in Public Service

Leaders in the public service realm face unique organizational challenges as they seek to serve diverse stakeholders. Bring your public service experience to this course, where you will apply a strategic planning process to your work in public service. You’ll leave with the tools and skills necessary to build a strategic plan. This 6-week course meets every Wednesday evening in-person or online via Teams starting Nov. 13.
