GSI announces new staff updates

We are excited to share some recent staff updates with you, including a new member to our team and some of our current staff taking on new roles within Greater Spokane Incorporated. Take a look below and catch up on the latest news!

Camille Greene joins GSI as new Executive Assistant

Camille Greene was the Executive Assistant with the Oregon State Bar from 2010 to 2018. She graduated cum laude from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business focusing on Quantitative Methods and Marketing. After 25-years at home raising her three children, volunteering for the school district, swim club and soccer team, she worked for the Oregon Youth Soccer Association as the state-wide game scheduler. In 2006, Camille began working for the Oregon State in the Admissions Department before moving to the Public Affairs Department and eventual promotion to Executive Assistant in 2010 where she was responsible for: all Board of Governors travel, meetings, agendas and minutes; the annual House of Delegates meeting arrangements, agenda, summary and regional meetings; Client Security Fund cases and agenda; and the Legal Ethics Committee agenda.

In addition to her responsibilities as Executive Assistant, Camille has served as AMS Project Coordinator, working closely with the IT Manager, in the discovery, design and implementation of the bar’s new association management software system, Aptify. She also was the liaison to the Product’s Liability Section.

Heather Hamlin officially moves into Ag Expo Director role

A part of our Investor Relations department for the past few years, Heather Hamlin recently made the transition to the Director, AgriBusiness & Ag Expo and Investor Relations Project Manager role here at GSI. She is the main contact for the Spokane Ag Expo and the AgriBusiness Council in our organization. Earlier this year, we shared about Heather’s passion for agriculture and what drives her. Congratulations, Heather!

Geneva Johns-Kloor is GSI’s new Events & Programs Manager

We are excited to share that Geneva Johns-Kloor recently joined the Events team as our new Events and Programs Manager. Since joining GSI in 2017, Geneva has been hard at work optimizing our investor database, and has made strong connections with member businesses throughout our region. She joins Lisa Bridston as part of our incredible Events staff, helping to put together informative, insightful and fun programs for our community.
