West Corporation Expansion

westWest Corporation requested assistance when an established client was looking to expand a concierge service-level customer care project. The client has a large worldwide presence in the financial sector.

West asked us to provide information about workforce competition at the particular skill/wage level. We were invited to meet with the client to assure them the Spokane market can support this kind of growth and the benefits of doing further business in Spokane.

The project will begin with 20 jobs, but has the potential to expand to 50-100. The annual economic impact is $3,545,849.
