Join us for the 2021 State of the County Address. Gain some crucial insights about the current and future economic environment of the Spokane Region. Commissioner Josh Kerns will share an executive address on behalf of the Spokane County Board of Commissioners highlighting the impacts of 2020 and the road ahead for our economy in 2021.
Meet the Commissioner
Commissioner Josh Kerns is a lifelong resident of Spokane County where he attended Mead schools. He earned an Associates Degree from Spokane Community College, then transferred to Whitworth University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and later, a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
Josh is a small business owner as well. He owns a marketing company with his wife, Nichole, and has experience working for himself, in the private sector, and in government.
Josh and his wife are high school sweethearts and have been married since 2011. They have a son, a daughter, and two rescue dogs. Josh and Nichole both grew up in North Spokane County and decided to settle in the Mead/Colbert area.
