BECU’s Great American Flag Swap Day

Do you have an old, worn-out American Flag that’s ready for retirement? Would you like a new, top-quality flag, made by Uncle Sam’s Flag and Gift for free?
To show our appreciation for our active military, veterans, and community, BECU – alongside KXLY, and Uncles Sam’s Flag & Gift – is bringing The Great American Flag Swap to the Inland Northwest. Spokane and Spokane Valley area residents will have the chance to swap out an old, tattered flag for a new, beautifully embroidered flag on January 13th, 2023.

Exchanged flags will be retired through organizations within the community that hold proper Flag Retirement Ceremonies throughout the year.
FLAG SWAP DAY INFORMATION:
1. Quantities are limited and swaps will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Exchange your 3×5 flag (or similar size) for a new 3×5 flag
3. One (1) flag per car
4. Your exchanged flag will be properly retired
