BizFest – A Children’s Business Fair

This exciting FREE event is an opportunity for kids ages 6-14 to showcase their entrepreneurial skills. Spokane community youth will start and operate their businesses at a one-day marketplace in collaboration with the Hive’s Artists-in-Residence, real-world entrepreneurs. Utilizing online tools and resources, kids will develop a brand, create a product or service, build a marketing strategy, and prepare to launch it for customers to purchase.

The community is invited to join on Sat, June 3, 2023, from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the Hive, 2904 E Sprague Ave, Spokane, WA 99202, to participate in the fair and purchase unique goods created by Spokane’s young entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurship is about more than just business. It is a mindset of identifying possibilities and finding creative solutions to problems, and it is never too early to acquire practical skills and valuable life lessons. Hence, this initiative encourages elementary and middle school kids to be entrepreneurs!
