Business AfterSchool Heavy Aerospace Aluminum Manufacturing
This workshop will showcase the making high-grade, aeropace aluminum from start to finish. High School Students will participate in a factory tour which will introduce them to heavy manufacturing and demonstrate how millwright and electrician trade skills as well as engineering careers are essential to the process.

Kaiser operates 12 production facilities across North America. Collectively, these facilities allow us to produce an impressive range of value-added plate, sheet, and extruded products. This latter category includes extruded shapes as well as rod, bar, tube, forged stock and wire products.
This workshop is specifically designed for high school students.
Business AfterSchool is a series of career connected learning workshops hosted by local businesses for students in grades 6-12 in the greater Spokane region. Students are invited to attend a workshop to gain real life skills, experience learning in a workplace setting, and explore local career pathways through local innovations highlighted by business professionals. Teachers, parents, advisors, and mentors are all welcome to attend as well!
