Coug in Space Cosmic Connection Fair

Cougs in Space: Cosmic Connections Fair (CiS) presents a unique opportunity for companies to connect directly with talented students passionate about the space industry across various fields, including engineering, business, sciences, and more.

Standard registration includes:

1) One 8-ft table with table linen and two chairs
2) Lunch for two recruiters
3) One parking pass
4) Wireless internet and a receipt

Employer Schedule:

1:00-1:45 pm– Employers/ Staff Arrive, Setup for Fair, Employers get Lunch

1:45 pm– Student Check-in Opens

2-4 pm– Cougs in Space: Cosmic Connections Fair (no food)

4-5 pm– Cleanup/ Event Ends

Company representatives must bring all table décor, swag, and promotional materials on the event day. Companies will not be able to ship materials in advance of the fair.

Payment Policy:
All event payments must be received by Friday, September 5 when employer registration closes.
