Lisette Walser, Chief Executive Officer of InteGrant, is an esteemed grant writer with over 15 years of experience. With a distinguished career that includes securing over $100 million in funding for diverse organizations, Lisette’s has helped universities, nonprofits, public entities, and small businesses find, apply for, and administer complex state, federal, and private philanthropic grant awards. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Health Science from Eastern Washington University and was the Pacific Northwest's first recipient of the Research Administrators Certification Council’s Pre-Award Research Administrators certification. She and her husband, Seth, co-own and operate InteGrant with their team of diverse grant-writing professionals.

Seth Walser, Chief Operations Officer at InteGrant, is a professional grant writer and award administrator. Seth combines his professional expertise and organizational management skills with a deep-rooted passion for writing and community advocacy. With extensive experience in preparing and administrating grants in sectors such as education, environmental conservation, food security, and agriculture, Seth brings a comprehensive understanding of both the strategic and operational aspects of grant management, including budget preparation, creating digital organizational systems, and utilizing project management tools to streamline workflow efficiencies.
