GSI Staff Updates

GSI_create-something-greaterLast month we welcomed a new staffer and congratulated two others on new positions within the organization:

Angela Naccarato was recently promoted to Greater Spokane Incorporated’s Vice President of Administration. Angela joined GSI in 2003 as the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO, and served as the administrator to the Board of Trustees. She will continue these duties while assuming leadership of GSI’s military affairs activities, including oversight of Forward Fairchild, the Spokane Military Alliance and Operation Spokane Heroes. GSI has a proud history of supporting our men and women in uniform and advocating on behalf of Fairchild Air Force Base; Angela’s engagement with our military will be a strategic role that continues to expand, protect and modernize this vital community asset.

Jessica Kirk recently became the manager of Eastern Washington PTAC at Greater Spokane Incorporated, where she assists companies in the expansion of their business through government contracting opportunities. Before assuming this role, Jessica spent three years in GSI’s Membership Development Division, earning the lifetime achievement award from the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives Circle of Champions. Her previous experience also includes eight years as a mortgage broker and foreclosure negotiation specialist, and more than 10 years of successful Inland Northwest small business ownership.

Travis McNamee joined GSI at the end of March as the newest member of our Membership Team. Travis brings more than 15 years of professional sales experience to GSI – prior to joining our team he spent time with Pella Windows and Great American Opportunities, a national fundraising organization. His accolades include being recognized as National Sales Manager of the year and earning a national Top 10 in customer service ratings. He has also been recognized for his customer retention rates, ranking as one of the highest in his company, nation-wide.
