2025 Leadership Advisory Council and Executive Board Nominations

The nominating committee of Greater Spokane Incorporated has successfully completed its responsibility to nominate new members for one-year terms on the Leadership Advisory Council (LAC) and for Executive Board Officers, with all terms beginning on January 1, 2025.

The nominees for the Executive Board are:

  • Dale Silha, Chair-Elect, Executive Board, McKinstry Co.
  • Carla Cicero, Member at Large, Executive Board, Numerica Credit Union

The nominees for the Leadership Advisory Council Members (1-year terms) are:

  • Catherine Brazil, University of Washington
  • Shannon Demant, College Success Foundation
  • Bobby Enslow, Indaba Coffee
  • TJ Houk, Wilbert Precast
  • Justin Kobluk, Westcoast Entertainment
  • Jennifer Koenig, Robert Half Talent Solutions
  • Marvo Reguindin, AHANA
  • Cliff Rigsbee, Rosauers

According to the bylaws of Greater Spokane Incorporated, additional nominations, other than those made by the nominating committee, may be made by endorsement of ten (10) Members and submitted to the Secretary by October 15. In the event this occurs, a ballot will be sent to all Members above in good standing with all ballots to be returned on or before 5:00 P.M. October 30. Those Members having the most votes will be declared elected, and the Treasurer will certify their election at or before the last Executive Board meeting of the year.
