Episode 19: Summer Resource Series – Finding Great Resources

Mentors7-2016-150x150The entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Spokane area is robust with resources. In this episode, we talk with three local resources whom every entrepreneur or small business owner should be meeting with at some point in their process. These key resources are the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and SCORE.

Joel Nania with the SBA shares more about their resources surrounding capital, counseling and contracting for small businesses in the Inland Northwest.

Alan Stanford with the SBDC assists startups and existing companies focused on expansion in Spokane County.

Rob Kennedy with SCORE, a local chapter of volunteers, supports entrepreneurs and small businesses through one-on-one mentoring and by providing a series of affordable classes on various topics related to running a business.
