Employment Law Basics – employment attorney and in-house counsel Angela Hayes will discuss some basics your startup or new business should know, including hiring basics like Ban the Box or using social media to review candidates; wage and hour basics, including minimum wage, overtime, and misclassification of employees; and complying with Washington's new paid leave requirements, including state Paid Sick Leave and Paid Family and Medical Leave.
