The Gallery at Spokane Sales Office Opening and Ribbon Cutting

SPOKANE, WA – Currently under construction in Spokane’s South Hill, The Gallery at Spokane, a 137-unit senior living community, will officially dedicate its sales office in a ceremonial ribbon cutting on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, beginning at 1 PM, with reception at Poole’s Public House to follow.

Stellar Senior Living, the operator and project partner, opened the sales trailer in October. The office features display boards and architectural renderings as part of the pre-lease process. Participants can also observe the progress of construction from the sales office.

The event participants will include future residents, senior living professionals, future employees, and representatives from Greater Spokane Incorporated. Partners and collaborators of the project will include representatives from Stellar Senior Living, NexCore Group/Experience Senior Living, Walker Construction, and the First Interstate Bank Commercial Team.

“The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be an exciting opportunity for creating these new relationships,” says Becky Monday, Executive Director of The Gallery at Spokane. “Hosting this event will allow prospective residents and their families to meet the people ‘behind the scenes in order to further solidify these relationships.”

Once completed, The Gallery at Spokane will provide many new jobs including positions in food service, office operations, housekeeping, caregiving, nursing, activities, transportation, and maintenance.

The Gallery at Spokane, will provide independent living, assisted living, and memory care. It is located at 5415 S Regal Street (on the corner of 55th and Regal). Opening the community for residency is slated for Fall of 2023.
