Camp for Beginners: $20 each day.
This camp focuses on developing skills which will improve tournament play.
Tuesday, Dec 27 ~ 10 am to noon Development. Good Moves. Bad Moves.
Wednesday, Dec 28 ~ 10 am to noon Checkmates and checkmates.
Thursday, Dec 29 ~ 10 am – noon Pawns and Pieces in the endgame.

Camp for intermediate and advanced students: $30 each day.
Tuesday, Dec 27 ~ Master Coach Jim Maki
1:00 to 1:45 pm Learn to win with a piece up. It is not always easy.
2:00 to 3:10 pm Mini Tournament: Round 1 of 3 ~ G/30, d5
3:15 to 4:00 pm Learn to analyze a chess position and make a plan to win.
Wednesday, Dec 28 ~ Coaches Jack Johnson and Obie O’Bannan
1:00 to 1:45 pm Transition from Opening to Middle Game ~ Part Two.
2:00 to 3:10 pm Mini Tournament: Round 3 of 3 ~ G/30, d5
3:15 to 4:00 pm Transition from Opening to Middle Game ~ Part Two.
Thursday, Dec 29 ~ Coach James Stripes
1:00 to 1:45 pm Transition from middle to endgame ~ Part One
2:00 to 3:10 pm Mini Tournament: Round 3 of 3 ~ G/30, d5
3:15 to 4:00 pm Transition from middle to endgame ~ Part Two
Tournament awards will be presented at the end of camp on Thursday.
