The Alexander Technique Summer Workshop

It’s a process enabling you to do everything in life with more ease, control and effectiveness. This workshop is for beginners as well as advanced students and teachers of the Alexander Technique, musicians, dancers, actors, athletes and everyone who wants to move and feel better.
