Leaders in the public service realm face unique organizational challenges as they seek to serve diverse stakeholders. Bring your public service experience to this course, where you will apply a strategic planning process to your work in public service. You’ll leave with the tools and skills necessary to build a strategic plan. This 6-week course meets every Wednesday evening in-person or online via Teams starting Nov. 13. There are also two required Sat. classes; Nov. 16 and Dec. 14. Register today!
