Prez on the Road: Good Morning Greater Spokane

Steve Stevens Spokane

We host a monthly membership breakfast that features a different topic each month. These programs are a great way for business folks to meet others, learn about a particular industry or issue and be engaged with GSI and its membership.

Steve Stevens attended his first Good Morning Greater Spokane program this morning, where agribusiness industry reps talked about their industry and how technology is changing the way farmers and ranchers work.

For instance, did you know the local Darigold plant in Spokane employs 91 people and produces 255 million gallons of milk a year? Or that combines nowadays have wi-fi and GPS capabilities? Or that some ranchers use robots to milk cows?
