Odom Corporation Expands with $20 Million Warehouse

SONY DSCOdom Corporation is expanding with a $20 million 200,000-square-foot distribution warehouse on the West Plains. The Bellevue-headquartered company distributes beer, wine and soft drinks across the Northwest. The projected opening is May 2014.

Greater Spokane Incorporated helped educate the client on available incentives. Odom’s 200,000-square-foot facility qualified them for the Warehouse Remittance incentive, a 100% exemption of eligible construction costs from the retail sales or use tax and 50% on racking equipment. The annual economic impact for the region is $20,760,112.
