Five Spokane Region Companies Make the 2016 Inc. 5000 List

Spokane AerialFive businesses in the Spokane region made this year’s Inc. 5000 list of the country’s fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States.

Stay Alfred Vacation Rentals came in at No. 468, marking its first appearance on the list. The company had a three-year growth rate of 814%, and saw revenues of $13.1 million in 2015. They were also recognized as the No. 5 Top Travel and Hospitality company, and as No. 12 of Top Washington companies.

Appearing for the fifth time on the Inc. 5000 list, etaliz earned a spot on the list at No. 630. With a three-year growth rate of 614% and a 2015 revenue of $93.3 million, Inc. Magazine recognized etailz as No. 19 of Top Washington companies on their list, in addition to the company making the Honor Roll for its fifth appearance on the list.

Professional Realty Services/HomeSmart Advisors came in at No. 806 with a three-year growth rate of 493%, and revenue of $5.3 million. The company also made the Inc. 5000 list in 2015.

Zak Designs placed at No. 3,478 on the list, and was one of four Washington manufacturing companies recognized this year. This was the second time Inc. Magazine recognized the company, which saw a 92% growth rate over the past three years, with revenue of $95.6 million in 2015.

Strategic Hardware also made the list at No. 4,395, marking its third straight appearance. The IT services company had a growth rate of 59% over the past three years, and had revenue of $6.9 million in 2015.
