Webinar: Developing systems, teams and an action plan for your business
ActionCLUB is typically a seven session course over 14 weeks.
However, because we have heard from business owners that they would like to try individual sessions, we are offering each one independently.
In this 90 minute class, we will dive into how to leverage your time and resources with the development of business systems. We will discuss types of business systems and also how to develop teams and getting the right people on the bus. We will talk about team dysfunction and how to create a winning team. We will also discuss your core values.
This session will be facilitated through Zoom Meetings and will be interactive.
