Volunteers of America of Eastern Washington & Northern Idaho is dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential. VOA operates a variety of shelter and housing programs that help people move from homelessness to healthy engagement into their community. We believe homelessness in NOT a life sentence.
