Growing talent in the workforce is not a wild pipe dream. However, it does require everyone to play a critical role in order to achieve. Join us as GSI highlights local champions who are changing the talent ‘pipeline’ by developing the knowledge, skills and abilities they need in their next generation employee.

Keynote presenter, Bryan Fix, HR Director at Providence St. Joseph Health, will give you a glimpse into the ROI our community can realize through engaging in growing our region’s talent and creating meaningful experiences for students of all ages.

Following the keynote presentation, a series of disruptor speakers will highlight various levels of engagement within the talent pipeline, showcasing active roles for the business community to fulfill.

MEET THE KEYNOTE

Bryan is the Executive Director of Human Resources for Providence Health Care in Spokane.  A PNW native and outdoors enthusiast, you’ll often find him on a stream, in the mountains or just plain “outside” when he’s not at work.  All this inspiration leads to innovation in healthcare.  A mission-oriented leader, Bryan is here to share about new programs designed with a dual-aim of helping to end generational poverty in Spokane and provide immediate healthcare career path opportunities for students across the secondary and post-secondary landscape in our region.
