PDA’s are not new to Washington State. In fact you have likely heard of a pretty famous one, Pike Place Market in Seattle. Spokane is taking a new twist on these Authorities, using PDA’s to promote economic development by focusing infrastructure investments that will spur growth.
These PDA’s will not only create new development opportunities in Spokane, but accelerate growth in the critical areas of West Plains, University District and Northeast Spokane.
