Good Morning Greater Spokane The Talent Search – Where are the People and What are They Thinking?
The Talent Search: Where are the People and What are They Thinking?
Program 8:00-9:00 AM
Now more than ever, new and unique strains between employers and employees have pushed us all into navigating a time being referred to as "The Great Resignation." Whether we like it or not, it's no secret that the pandemic escalated and forced new strategies around attracting talent, retaining talent, finding fulfilling work, offering innovative benefits and wellbeing programs, earning wages that meet basic needs (housing, childcare, transportation, etc.) and prioritizing mental health as a key component to grow as a company. Instead of getting caught up in data trends and losing hope in eventual recovery, let's look what drives recovery and success in the first place: our people.
Learn from Britt Provost, Executive Vice President of People and Culture at Accolade, about the importance of centering people when defining and implementing your business's talent pipeline and retention strategy.
