Join us for a workshop that will help you improve your listening skills to better engage with your customers and team members. Cyndi Donahue will facilitate a discussion about the levels of listening, how to recognize when you are not really engaged and how to ask better questions to improve communication. Listening is about connecting, and being connected can improve your company culture and increase customer engagement.

Cyndi Donahue is an experienced community developer and influential connector who specializes in effective marketing, meaningful corporate events and leadership workshop facilitation. In 2021 she started Amplifying Women's Voices, a professional development series that expands understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities for women. Cyndi graduated the Leadership Spokane program in 2020 and was honored as a Top 20 Women in Business Leadership by Spokane Coeur d'Alene Living magazine in 2019. She is an Honorary Commander for the 92nd ARS at Fairchild Air Force Base and proud member of Executive Women International.
