This event will feature Gregg Sealey presenting on "Courageous Leadership" 

Gregg Sealey (CPCC, ACC) has had many prominent leadership roles in which he has encountered the soaring heights and crushing lows of being a leader. He now serves as a leadership coach and consultant that strives to "provoke transformation" wherever he goes by asking powerful questions. Gregg is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion. He is an ordained United Methodist pastor, a recovering perfectionist, a former physical therapist, a clinic manager, and a business owner. For fun, Gregg trains for and competes in triathlons, is an artist and film enthusiast, and loves to travel. He is married to Jennifer, and his favorite title has always been "Dad" to two incredible young adults.

Workshop Description: We are all leaders, taking charge of our lives and occasionally leading others. Whether we are parents or presidents, pastors or principals, executives or entrepreneurs, family members or friends, or managers or employees, we can lead others. Leadership never exists in a vacuum or solitude. "Courageous Leadership" is the ability to connect with other wholeheartedly and lead them well. What are the four principles of courageous leadership? What questions do you need to be asking yourself to do a self-assessment of your leadership capabilities? In this workshop, you will be equipped and inspired to be bolder and more effective in your leadership!
