ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
We’ve been working on a more intensive personal development Leadership Workshop model designed to be adaptive and inclusive of your goals and personal style. Our plan was to launch it in early 2023, but we thought: What the heck? Let’s roll it out early as a bonus to this group if they don’t mind. You’ll still get the same content – you won’t miss out. We’re just going more in-depth.
Here’s the new program:
Day 1: Tuesday, November 8 (LIVE SESSION – MIRABEAU PARK HOTEL) 8:30 – 12:00 P.M.Group WorkshopThe course will be held to launch the leadership curriculum, and discuss leadership style and application to teams and organizations, and alignment with organizational priorities. Introduction to communication, goal setting, and strategy.
Day 2: Tuesday, November 15 (VIRTUAL SESSION – ZOOM) 8:30-10:00 A.M.Online Group Workshop
Follow-up session to discuss the prior week’s implementation of concepts, work done throughout the week, and new topics. Introduction to culture, leadership theory, and motivational approaches.
Day 3: Tuesday, November 22 (VIRTUAL SESSION – ZOOM) 8:30 – 10:00 A.M.Online Group WorkshopFollow-up session to discuss prior week’s implementation of concepts, work done throughout the week, and new topics. Introduction of performance management, feedback, and rewards.
Between sessions, you will also be given access to an online portal with:
• Supporting videos with additional discussions on related topics to engage conversation and thinking.
• Articles to explore and support further consideration of management and leadership topics relevant to the week’s discussion.
• Workbook materials to download for use with your team.
We will record each of the Zoom sessions, so if one of them does not work out for you, we can get you caught up.
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
You’ll spend the session with Dr. Wade Larson. With nearly 30 years of leadership, HR, and consulting expertise among 100s of companies, helping 1000s of leaders and employees to transform their careers and optimize performance, he brings both theory and practical experience to help you acheive your best. His background includes organizations both large and small coming from the private and public sectors, as well as experience serving on non-profit boards. As a college professor over the past 25 years for several universities, he has also had the opportunity to engage in research and teaching in leadership, HR, and organizational studies. This mix provides a well-rounded approach to guide participants to setting and achieving their personal and professional goals.
